Equipping the place involves installing modern gadgets to regulate temperatures and also good and comfortable furniture. One will be encouraged to go to work when they know they are working in a comfortable place. Food is also very essential.

Many people will be excited to be in a company where they know they will be provided with food after a certain hour. Food can include snacks in the morning and evening and a good lunch during the lunch break. It is also not possible to work efficiently on an empty stomach.

Some institutions provide a dress code fro their staff members. However, not all staff likes wearing the work uniforms. Therefore , to cater for such employees, management can introduce a policy where few days are set aside for employees to wear their clothes rather than being in work uniform. This encourages them and motivates them because they are able to exercise their freedom.

Principal should learn to congratulate the workers as a way of motivating them. They can do it verbally or even by offering gifts. This gives the workers the feeling that they are recognized and that gives them the morale to work hard.

When managers create a good working relationship with workers, they feel comfortable and free such that they do not have fear. However, that does not give room for personal relationships because they will divert the attention of workers. This relationship should remain work related.
